For “What’s New” in Anyware Connector (RHEL/Rocky Linux) 23.04, our focus in this release is quality, stabilization, usability, and feature enhancements.

Connector Rebranding

The RHEL/Rocky Linux version of the Cloud Access Connector is branded as Anyware Connector.

The Anyware Connector (RHEL/Rocky Linux) can now be installed in a darksite environment.

Support for LDAP protocol Connections

The Anyware Connector adds support for connections with Active Directory via the LDAP protocol. This addition simplifies required prerequisites during installation and configuration and is recommended to use for testing purposes as it is not encrypted with TLS/SSL.

Configuration updates for internal and external Connections

In this release, Anyware Connector is configured to support either external or internal PCoIP connections, two separate Connectors are required to support both connections respectively.
