Important Notes and Requirements

  • Use of Anyware Client SDK requires a separate agreement with HP Anwyare.

  • The SDK is intended for use cases where client customizations are required and when Anyware Software Clients, PCoIP Zero Clients, and PCoIP Mobile Clients are not sufficient. 

  • The SDK is intended for customers with software development skills and knowledge, as well as a sound understanding of virtualization systems.

Release 22.01.1 of the Client SDK for Linux is a maintenance release which replaces and deprecates 22.01.

It includes the following fix:

  • The Client SDK no longer requires all configuration setting to being registered. The Client SDK will now use a default value if a configuration setting has not been set.

If an SDK developer does not register all configuration settings, the client SDK now uses the default value if a configuration setting has not been previously set.

Known Issues

Audio does not work when connected to a Remote Workstation Card

Audio in/out is not available when the host is a Remote Workstation Card

Workaround:

Use PCoIP Client version 21.07 if audio functionality is required with the Remote Workstation Card.
