Connection Broker Updated for Session Establishment

In this release, the Connection Broker is updated to have Power Management functionality.

Sumo Collector Version Updated

Version v19.375-4 of Sumo Collector was affected by the CVE-2022-42889 bug issued by the National Vulnerability Database. In this release, the Sumo Collector version is updated to version v19.415-4 to address the issue.
