What's New in This Release

The following details  “What’s New” in Cloud Access Connector v158.

Installation Issues with the latest Docker version

The Cloud Access Connector fails during installation and expects to find a docker file /etc/docker/daemon.json during with the latest Docker version 23.0.0. The issue is fixed in this release.

Federated Authentication Flags

In this release, Federated Authentication flags are introduced to the Cloud Access Connector and are available to enable support for a private Certificate Authority (CA) to establish a connection. The new Federated Authentication flags that are introduced are as follows:

  • --id-provider-url
  • --enable-oauth 
  • --oauth-client-id 
  • --oauth-flow-code 
  • --enable-entitlements-by-upn
  • --fa-url
  • --pull-connector-config

Active Directory Error

In this release, the Connector displays an error message if the Active Directory is not configured.
