Cloud Access Connector (Ubuntu) 164

Welcome to the May 9, 2023 release of the Cloud Access Connector (Version 164). Please note that version 163 was released internally.

What's New in This Release

The following details  “What’s New” in Cloud Access Connector v164.

Cloud Access Connector Health Report Issues

The health status of the Cloud Access Connector from the Anyware Manager indicates all components are 'Healthy', however, the security gateway fails. The health report mechanism has been reconfigured to log security gateway errors and the issue is fixed in this release.

Installer does not update the Identity Provider URL

Cloud Access Connector Installer does not update the Identity Provider URL and displays "Identity provider URL has been changed. Please specify the path to the OAuth Server CA certificate or "" if not used." error message. The issue is fixed in this release.

Session Establishment failure due to Security Gateway Issues

In this release, Security Gateway bugs causing the remote desktop session to fail are fixed.

Federated Authentication with Single Sign-On Released

The Single Sign-On functionality is released for production use in this release. You can use the following configuration flags with the Connector:

  • --sso-signing-csr-ca
  • --sso-signing-csr-key
  • --sso-signing-crl
  • --sso-enrollment-url
  • --sso-enrollment-domain
  • --sso-enrollment-username
  • --sso-enrollment-password
  • --sso-enrollment-certificate-template-name
