Security updates and enhancements relating to the docker application have been made to the Cloud Access Connector.

Cloud Access Connector handles more power state/provisioning state combinations

Cloud Access Connector now handles power state/provisioning state combinations that previously weren't being handled properly by the Cloud Access Connector.
