Internal Users Could Not Generate a Collaboration Invitation URL for External Users
When the internal users established their PCoIP sessions using an internal address, they could not generate a workable collaboration invitation URL for external users. This is because the invitation URL contains an internal address that cannot be accessed by external users.
Internal Users Cannot Generate a Collaboration Invitation URL for External Users
When the internal users established their PCoIP sessions using an internal address, they cannot generate a workable collaboration invitation URL for external users, as the URL contains an internal address that is not accessible by the external users.
Rather than click switch user, instead have the first user logout before the second user uses the machine.
Use an FQDN that can be accessible by both the internal and external users. The FQDN can map to an internal address for internal users, and external address for external users.
