Resolved Issues

Inconsistent statuses shown in Admin Console

217785

For such cases when this happens and for workstations with Monitor installed, the status shown within the "Sessions" tab should be regarded as the correct one. This issue shall be further addressed in future releases.

Second user can now connect after the first user has logged off from a Linux agent

212971

Second user without administrator privilege can now establish a PCoIP session after the first (different) user logged off from the host.

Backup with large number of workstations

212941

The issue has been resolved.

Pool session help

211212

The logic in floating pool assignment has been updated so that the not-in-session machines will be picked first (these machines are guaranteed to be "powered on") before picking from machines with the "unknown" status.

Unable to add workstation to AWMI

208960

The issue has been resolved and the power management now works for Z2 mini.

Inconsistent statuses shown in Admin Console

216779

For such cases when this happens and for workstations with Monitor installed, the status shown within the "Sessions" tab should be regarded as the correct one. This issue shall be further addressed in future releases.

Power Management Issues for Z2 Mini

208960

The remote power control via installable (on-premises) Anyware Manager did not work with a new version of Z2 mini.

The issue has been resolved and the power management now works for Z2 mini.

Issue with Populating Workstation Lists

207350

When a user was entitled to a large number (30+) of workstations with a specific configuration that could not be pooled, populating a list of workstations would take a longer time and in some cases, some workstations would not respond at all.

The process has been optimized, and the list will now be populated correctly for significantly larger number of workstations.

EULA Acceptance Status Could Not Be Validated

189797

When the admin console checked whether the AWM-installed admin accepted the EULA, assigned permissions could not access the API for this request for users who used AD credentials. The EULA acceptance status could not be validated, and users saw errors about permissions.

The issue has been resolved and the admin console can validate the EULA acceptance status now.

Known Issues

Holding Time for Floating Pool Workstations

210219

The holding time for workstations in floating pools is now reduced from 20 to 6 minutes. Please note that, due to multiple factors outside of our control (network latency for example), actual time might be longer than what specified.
