We're excited to announce that Cloud Access Software 2021.01 is now available for download.

PCoIP Ultra Auto Offload– dynamically switch between CPU Offload and GPU Offload
  • Initial release in 20.10
    • CPU Offload by default; dynamically switches to GPU offload during periods of high display activity
    • Auto-Offload optimizes performance by switching between the highest quality mode (lossless color accuracy and image fidelity) and a system efficient mode (network bandwidth optimizations, CPU savings) for high frame rate content
  • 21.01 Update
    • PCoIP Ultra Auto offload switching is now more stable
    • A new PCoIP Ultra Auto Offload setting introduced (“Ultra Offload MPPS”) -  tune transition between CPU Offload and GPU Offload
URI support
  • launch Teradici Software Client from a webpage and pass parameters such as broker IP, user name, domain, and more
PCoIP Software Client for macOS updates
  • Support for Wacom tablet local termination with macOS clients. Full list of supported tablets for all clients www.teradici.com/wacom
  • Big Sur support now available, including M1 Macs (refer to release notes for details on feature compatibility)
Custom logo– PCoIP Software Clients
  • Add custom branding to PCoIP Software Clients with a logo
Support for AWS G4ad instances
Cloud Access Manager:
  • Cloud Access Connector and PCoIP Connection Manager/Security Gateway
    • Session throughput enhancements (over 2x increase)
  • On workstation details page, view users currently in session
  • Ability to add non domain joined workstation
