Cloud Access Software 2021.03 is now available

We're excited to announce that Cloud Access Software 2021.03 is now available for download.

What is new in Cloud Access Software 2021.03

Webcam support (Technical Preview) – Windows/Linux clients to Windows PCoIP Agents

• Tech preview to receive instructions how to enable webcams
• Knowledge base article on webcam support with CAS (tested models, metrics, verification steps and known issues)

PCoIP Ultra AV-Lock (Technical Preview) – Regulated AV sync under various network conditions

• Requires PCoIP Ultra and High Performance Client mode
• Available for Windows and Linux clients (macOS coming later)
• No UI menus today

OS updates:

• Added Ubuntu 20.04 for PCoIP Clients
• Removed support for PCoIP Agent Ubuntu 16.04

PCoIP Client command line parameters added

• For information on these parameters, see here.
• Enables additional control with Teradici Software Clients without requiring a full Client SDK

Additional updates

• Added compatible game controllers to docs
• Added additional instance types and GPUs (for example G4ad, Geforce 3070 etc.)
