Do PCoIP Zero Clients support wild card certificates?

Yes, there is support for wildcard certificates.

You can connect to a server that uses a wildcard certificate (e.g. *.view.mydomain.com) as long as you have the correct root certificate in the certificate store of the PCoIP Zero Client. However, if you upload a wildcard certificate into the certificate store of the PCoIP Zero Client, the PCoIP Zero Client will not trust it.
