How do I know the PCoIP Remote Workstation card is working?
The PCoIP Remote Workstation Card's Heartbeat LED blinks periodically when the card is operating properly. The PCoIP Remote Workstation Card also has a Connection LED that remains on while a session is active.
When a PCoIP Remote Workstation Card is working properly, you can access the Administrative Web Interface (AWI) and ping the network interface of the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card. You can also view the status of the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card in the event log using the AWI.
