The HP Anyware Graphics agent uses graphics card video drivers for the PCoIP session.

  • Due to Digital rights management (DRM), video drivers are likely to be blocked from capturing copyright content.
  • Meaning video drivers are unable to read content from streaming services such as Netflix/ Apple TV/ Disney+ / Spectrum LiveTV/ News streaming etc.
  • This results in no video content from these streaming services if ran on the agent side during the PCoIP session.


We recommend using the HP Anyware Standard agent in this scenario:

  • HP Anyware standard agents use Tera WDDM instead of Third-party  video drivers.
  • Hence, it allows you to play such content over a PCoIP session.
