HP Anyware Licensing Data Center has been updated (new Certificates applied, IP addresses changed)

Knowledge Base Article Advisory Announcement Licensing HP Anyware

The following notification was originally sent to our customers on February 3rd, 2023, to prepare customers on changes in HP Anyware Licensing service.

 

  1. IP blocks that are used for licensing were updated on March 11th, 2023
    • Our third-party licensing vender updated to a new IP block therefore if your firewall  allowlist may need to be updated to the new IP addresses.
    • Please click here for guidance on the new IP addresses used.  The URL did not change so if your allowlist uses URLs, you will not need to update.
  2. The updated new certificate applied no March 11, 2023 will only be compatible with supported license servers.
    • If you are on an unsupported local license server, you will need to upgrade.

  3. If you are experiencing licensing issues, please contact support and create a case and additional guidance will be provided.
