Issue:

Users are unable to install a new instances for HP Anyware Standard or HP Anyware Graphics agent for Windows when using one of the following loads identified in the table below:

  • Standard Agent and
  • Remote Workstation Card Agent
  • 21.03.0 to 21.03.2
  • 21.01.0 to 21.01.5

How do I know if I'm seeing this issue? 

During install, the process will be stuck at the following screen.
