I cannot sign into my account. What should I do?
How to create an account?
A user can self register to create an account. Follow the steps below to self register:
- Click the "Login" button on HP Anyware Support Portal home page.
- Click the "Create an account" button below "Log in" button.
- On the Self Register form, fill out the information, and click the "Sign up" button to submit the registration.
What if I run into errors?
Scenario:
Upon submitting the self-registration, an error message says: “Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted”.
Possible Causes:
Your account already exists and your e-mail address is already registered.
