Knowledge Base Article Announcement Licensing

Upcoming licensing server changes may require updates. Please review below to avoid any possible service disruptions.

  1. Update your network allowlist by February 18, 2023 to avoid any licensing service disruption
    Our third-party licensing vender has scheduled an IP block change, therefore you will need to update your firewall allowlist to the new IP addresses. Please click here for guidance.
    If you are not currently configuring your firewall to allowlist specific network traffic (Cloud Licensing or License Server licensing), you can skip this message.
    If you specified allowlist by FQDN instead of IP block, you will not require any firewall changes.

 

  • Local License Server v21.03 or earlier must be upgraded
    New certificates are being applied. Upgrade by February 28th, 2023 to avoid a service disruption. For detailed guidance, please click here.
