PCoIP Agent has no available licenses to launch the remote session. Please try again later. If this failure persists, please report this failure to your system administrator.

Problem

When starting a PCoIP session, the PCoIP Client shows the message "PCoIP Agent has no available licenses to launch the remote session. Please try again later. If this failure persists, please report this failure to your system administrator."

Cause

The licenses on the local license server have expired, deleted the available license pool or has no valid licenses installed.

Resolution

Please check your licenses are still valid and the time is correct on your local license server. If your licenses have expired, please contact your reseller or HP Anyware Sales to purchase new licenses. 

Validate the ability of the PCoIP Agent to obtain a license. In the example below, the PCoIP Agent was unable to get a license from the local license server. A PCoIP Cloud License was installed and then successfully obtained.
