We are pleased to announce the release of Zero Client Firmware 20.04.1 and 20.01.3

Details on the new releases are as follows:

PCoIP Zero Client Firmware 20.04.1

Is a key new release with security updates, bug fixes and new a features:

New Features:

  • Wacom Cintiq Pro 32 support. Wacom Cintiq Pro 32 can be locally terminated when connecting to Cloud Access Software standard or graphics agent.

Fixed issues:

  • Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 issues resolved:
    • Use the ‘calculator’ button
    • Toggle the ‘function’ key
  • Logitech H540 headset works now with Zero Client
  • Horizon Multi-Factor Authentication works when used with F5 Big-IP and Azure.
  • Zero Client will no longer restart when switching session connection type from "Connection Manager for AWS WorkSpaces" to "Direct to Host", and using the auto-populated IP address.

Is a patch release with security updates

Important Notes:

  • Firmware 20.01 or newer should only be used with PCoIP Management Console 20.01 or newer. See KB3230 for more information.
  • Teradici recommends to always run a supported version to stay updated with the latest security updates.
  • Updated support information for specific versions can be found on our Product Lifecycle page.
  • Zero Client Firmware 20.01 and 20.04 are the actively supported versions, 6.5 is now in Technical Guidance and 6.4 is End of Support.
