Tera2 PCoIP Zero Client cannot connect to View Connection Server in FIPS mode

All Tera2 PCoIP Zero Clients have an issue when connecting to Horizon View Connection Server (VCS) 8.x running in FIPS mode. Basically when trying to connect to a VCS in FIPS mode the connection never happens and the user gets a very generic error - "View Connection Server communication error".

This is due to a requirement for TLS 1.2 + EMS (Extended Master Secret) when connecting to a VCS running in FIPS mode. Tera2 PCoIP Zero Clients only support TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3. At this time there are no plans to add support for TLS 1.2 + EMS.
