Teradici Workstation Access Software has entered its End of Life (EoL) process. A notification has been sent to registered users with information regarding this process. Migration Information
Customers who wish to migrate to Cloud Access Software have two migration options depending on which Teradici Workstation Access Software deployment they are using.
Data Center/Cloud Deployments
Workstation Access Software users with Data Center/Cloud deployments will see minimal impact migrating to Cloud Access Software. Simply install Teradici Cloud Access Software Graphics Edition in your data center, Amazon Web Services EC2/G2 instance, or Microsoft Azure NV-series, and activate your license.
Deskside Deployments
Teradici Cloud Access Software does not support a Deskside use case (physical workstation with local monitors attached); however, we have provided an alternate solution that includes PCoIP zero clients.

- Install Cloud Access Software and activate your licenses on the workstation
- Disconnect keyboard, mouse, and displays from your workstation
- Connect keyboard, mouse and displays to your zero client

- Connect your zero client to the network
- Configure your zero client to connect to the IP of the workstation
