Many users have reported an issue connecting to their VMware VM when they have enabled VMware UAG (Unified Access Gateway), Disclaimer and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). This issue has been tracked down to our firmware and was reported in many releases up to and including PCoIP Firmware 6.2.1.
The issue has been resolved in Zero Client firmware 6.3.0.
