Unable to register Anyware Agents when using Cloud Licensing Service (CLS)
Symptom:
- Customers are unable to register NEW HP Anyware agents when using the Cloud License Service (CLS).
- Customers are not able to list the licenses that are currently allocated to the Cloud License Service.
Impact:
- New HP Anyware Agents cannot be registered with Cloud Licensing Service (CLS). (pcoip-register-host.ps1 command fails)
- List command will not show licenses that are currently active. (pcoip-list-licenses command fails)
Not Impacted:
- While new HP Anyware Agents cannot be registered, all existing HP Anyware Agents that were registered prior to March 11th are fully functional.
- All HP Anyware agents that are using the local license server are not impacted and continue to operate. New agents and new licenses can still be added if you are using the Local License Server.
Workaround for register-license-issue:
- Configuring a local license server will allow deployments of new PCoIP agents.
