VMware Horizon View

Input the "display name" (NOT the Unique ID) seen in the VMware View Administrator in the AWI "Pool Name to Select" field.

Note: You may be using the Unique ID instead of the Display Name which will not work. If a display name is set it will take priority over the Unique ID.

Note: Older versions of firmware state Desktop Name to Select instead of Pool Name to select. The functionality of the field is the same.

 

HP Anyware

When the Session Connection Type is PCoIP Connection Manager. You can specify the Desktop Name to select. In the event your broker presents multiple desktop options to the user, the PCoIP Zero Client will select the desktop specified in Desktop Name to select. In the event it is not presented, a list of available desktops will be presented.
