Why does my PCoIP Remote Workstation hibernate or sleep and not power off remotely from my Tera 2 PCoIP Zero Client?
When a PCoIP Zero Client attempts to power down a Windows 7 or Windows 10 workstation host during a PCoIP session, the workstation may enter the sleep state rather than being shutdown.
This will occur if Windows is configured to map the PC power button to sleep rather than hibernate or shutdown. In this case, the PCoIP Zero Client power down command may result in placing the PC to sleep.
