Why does the mouse and keyboard to work on my Fujitsu CELSIUS (C620, M730, or M720) when using a PCoIP Remote Workstation Card?

In some cases, when connected to a PCoIP Remote Workstation Card, users can't use their mouse and keyboard. Fujitsu has resolved the issue via a BIOS update.
