Why is USB not working when connecting a PCoIP Zero Client to a PCoIP Remote Workstation Card?
By default, all USB devices are bridged to the host with the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card and is dependent on the host OS.
Please verify the following
- Make sure the USB devices are not unauthorized in the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card or PCoIP Zero Client AWI.
- Make sure either the USB devices are in the authorized devices table or all USB devices are authorized on the PCoIP Zero Client AWI.
- Ensure the status of the USB device in the PCoIP Zero Client AWI under Info, Attached Devices is Connected
- Isochronous USB devices such as webcams work at USB 1.1 speed. If your isochronous device requires USB 2.0 or higher, they will not work.
