Editing a User Account

Editing an account involves only modifying user roles. Profile information cannot be changed while editing an account.

Which accounts can you edit?

You can only edit accounts that are in the Active status. When you edit an account, the change in the role of the account will be immediately reflected in the Accounts tab.

To edit an account:

  1. From the left navigation panel, click Accounts under Admin.

  2. On the Accounts page, find the user account that you want to edit.

  3. In the Role column next to the user account, select a new role.

A notification will appear on your screen indicating that the role has been modified.
