Editing a User Account¶
You can only edit user roles of accounts that are in the Active status. When you edit an account, the change in the role of the account will be immediately reflected in the Accounts tab. Profile information cannot be changed while editing an account.

Only the following accounts can perform this operation:
- Organization Admin
- Global Tenant Admin
- Tenant Admin
Procedure¶

From the left navigation panel, click Accounts under Admin.

On the Accounts page, find the user account that you want to edit.

In the Role column next to the user account, select a new role.

If you select Organization User, do the following on the Select Tenants assign tenants on which this account can perform the following operations: viewing, editing and deleting.
A notification will appear on your screen indicating that the role has been modified.
