Status Definitions in AME¶
Virtual machines managed by Anyware Manager Enterprise (AME) can exist in different operational and availability states. You can monitor these states in the Machines tab for each of the tenants.
Each machine's status reflects its current operational state, with each virtual desktop being in only one state at any given time.

The following statuses tabulated below are applicable to the Tenants in the AME.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Available | The tenant is fully operational and ready for use. All configurations are complete, and access has been granted. |
Preparing | The tenant is currently being set up. This could include configuration, provisioning, or other preparatory tasks that are required before the tenant becomes available. |
Pending | The tenant is awaiting further actions or onboarding tasks to be completed. |
Failed | An error occurred during the tenant setup or provisioning process. Manual intervention may be required to resolve the issue and retry the setup. |

The following statuses tabulated below describe the each state of Sites in the AME.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Available | The site is fully operational and accessible. All configurations have been completed, and users can interact with the site without any issues. |
Pending | The site setup is currently awaiting further actions or onboarding tasks to be completed. |
Failed | An error occurred during the site setup or provisioning process, preventing it from completing successfully. Further investigation and intervention are required to resolve the issue before the site can be made available. |
DeleteFailed | The automation attempted to delete the site, however there was an error and site was not completely deleted. |
CreateFailed | The automation attempted to create the site, however there was an error and site was not properly created. |
Deleting | The automation is currently deleting the site. |
Creating | The automation is currently creating the site. |

The following statuses tabulated below describe the each state of Pools in the AME.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Available | The pool is fully operational and ready for use. All configurations and necessary preparations are complete, and users can access resources from this pool without any issues. |
Preparing pool | The pool is currently being set up. This involves allocating resources, configuring settings, and ensuring that the pool is ready for use. The process is still in progress. |
Preparing server | The server associated with the pool is in the process of being configured. |
Pending | The pool setup is currently awaiting further actions or onboarding tasks to be completed. |
Action required | The setup or management of the pool has encountered an issue that requires manual intervention. Users need to address the issue before the process can proceed or the pool can become available. |
CreateFailed | The automation encountered an error creating the resource pool. |
CreatingServers | The automation is in the process of creating one or more servers. |
ServerCreationFailed | There was an error creating 1 or more servers. |
DeletingServers | The automation is in the process of deleteing one or more servers. |
Creating | The automation is in the process of creating the resource pool. |

The following statuses tabulated below are applicable to Machines in the AME.
Provisioning Status | Description |
---|---|
Available | The machine has been fully provisioned and is ready for use. All configurations have been applied successfully. |
Creating | The machine is currently being provisioned. This status indicates that resources are being allocated and the setup process is in progress. |
Create failed | An error occurred during the machine creation process. The provisioning attempt was unsuccessful, and the machine needs troubleshooting before proceeding. |
Delete failed | The machine failed to be deleted. An error occurred during the deletion process, requiring further investigation or manual intervention to remove the machine. |
Deleting | The automation in the process of deleting the server. |

The following statuses tabulated below describe the each state of Power in the AME.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Online | The machine is powered on and operational. Users can access and interact with the machine. |
Offline | The machine is powered off and not currently accessible. It needs to be started before it can be used. |
Starting | The machine is in the process of powering on. Resources are being initialized to bring it online. |
Stopping | The machine is in the process of shutting down. It will soon transition to an offline state. |

The following statuses tabulated below describe the each state of Health in the AME.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Healthy | The machine is functioning correctly with no detected issues. All systems are operating within expected parameters. |
Degenerated | The machine is experiencing performance or operational issues that may impact its functionality. Troubleshooting or repairs may be required to restore full health. |
