VM Provisioning Recommendation

AME provides a comprehensive SaaS solution for provisioning workstations and establishing sessions via a highly distributed and optimized network of cloud-hosted Session Gateways. HP Anyware algorithm selects the optimal Gateway to route traffic based on the geographical location of both endpoints.

Latency is directly proportional to the distance between endpoints. As the distance between the client and agent increases, latency also increases.

Example:

If a VM is provisioned in a region far from the client, the latency will be high, regardless of which Session Gateway proxies the session.

When both the client and the VM (agent) are in the same region, latency is minimized, as shown in the image below:

The client and agent don't need to be in the same region as the Session Gateway—just close to each other. HP Anyware algorithm selects the best available Gateway based on the distance and latency between the endpoints.
