Viewing and Downloading Agent Logs

Organization administrator account holders can access agent logs associated with all the tenants, while tenant administrator accounts can only view logs of the tenant they have rights to.

1. Sign in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

2 . Do one of the following, depending on the type of your account:

- (_Organization Administrator Accounts_) Click the tenant for which you want to access logs, and click the **Logs** tab.

- (_Tenant Administrator Accounts_) Click the **Logs** tab.

1. Click the Agent tab.

2. Select a time frame in the Timeframe list to narrow down the list of logs.

3. Use the Search bar to look for a log entry of your interest. Enter tags, attributes, as well as keywords to filter the list.

1. To download the logs, navigate to download button on right top and click download.
