Refreshing logs:¶
Agent logs are refreshed periodically. However, you can manually refresh the logs as per your requirement. Follow the below steps to refresh the logs.
- On your dashboard, go to the admin section and select the account for which you would like to refresh the logs.
- On the account page, click view logs. This will open up a page containing the list of all agent logs of that particular agent.
- Navigate to the right top to locate the refresh logs tab and click it. This will refresh the existing logs and you will be able to view the latest logs.
