Refreshing logs:

Agent logs are refreshed periodically. However, you can manually refresh the logs as per your requirement. Follow the below steps to refresh the logs.

  1. On your dashboard, go to the admin section and select the account for which you would like to refresh the logs.
  2. On the account page, click view logs. This will open up a page containing the list of all agent logs of that particular agent.
  3. Navigate to the right top to locate the refresh logs tab and click it. This will refresh the existing logs and you will be able to view the latest logs.
