Downloading Orchestration Logs

You can download orchestration logs of your tenants from the Orchestration tab. These files capture a detailed record of all activities, events, and errors within a tenant.

Info

  • Organization Administrators and Tenant Administrators can download orchestration logs for all tenants.
  • Organization Users and Support Users can perform this operation only on the tenants assigned to them.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

  2. Click the tenant for which you want to access logs, and click the Logs tab.

  3. Click the Orchestration tab.

  4. Use the filter in the top-right corner to select the logs for a specific duration.

  5. Optionally, use the search bar to filter the list of logs. Enter tags, attributes, and keywords as necessary.

  6. Click Download CSV in the top-right corner.

The orchestration logs will be downloaded as a CSV file to your local system.
