About Orchestration Logs¶
Orchestration enables the integration of multiple automation tasks in order to create a comprehensive end-to-end process. For example, at the time of onboarding a new employee, an ITSM tool is used to request a computer, which when approved, automatically sends a request to Anyware Manager Enterprise to provision a machine.
Orchestration logs contain information about automated processes that can be used to perform root cause analysis when issues arise. Orchestration logs are useful for troubleshooting issues as well as monitoring the health of the workflow integration.
Orchestration logs capture the following information:
-
Time generated
Represents the time when the log entry was created for an activity or event.
-
Level
The type of the event. The following types are available: Debug, Info, Warning, and Error.
-
Command
The command that triggered a task within the workflow. Commands are used to trigger tasks when specific conditions are met. A series of tasks complete a comprehensive process.
-
Message
Details about the activity or the task.
