Downloading Session History Logs¶
You can download session history logs of your tenants from the Session history tab. These files capture a detailed record of all activities, events, and errors within a tenant.
Info
- Organization Admins and Global Tenant Admins can download admin activity logs for all tenants.
- Tenant Admins and Support Role users can perform this operation only on the tenants assigned to them.
Procedure¶

Sign in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

Click the tenant for which you want to access logs, and click the Logs tab.

Click the Session History tab.

Use the filter in the top-right corner to select the logs for a specific duration.

Optionally, use the search bar to filter the list of logs. Enter tags, attributes, and keywords as necessary.

Click Download CSV in the top-right corner.
The session history logs will be downloaded as a CSV file to your local system.
