Overview of Session Telemetry

Anyware Manager Enterprise collects key performance metrics from user sessions connecting to onboarded machines. Anyware agents installed on machines collect session data, which is sent to Anyware Manager Enterprise for analysis and is presented on the tenant dashboard. By monitoring telemetry, you can observe user session activities, allowing you to diagnose and analyze issues that might impact performance.

The following metrics related to user sessions are analysed and reported:

  • Duration: The duration of user sessions, including active, attempted, failed, and completed sessions.

  • Packet loss (sent): The loss of packets (expressed in %) sent by the machine.

  • Packet loss (received): The loss of packets (expressed in %) intended to be received by the machine.

  • Latency: The time (expressed in seconds) required for a packet of data to reach its destination.

Additionally, the following metrics are available as a graphical representation:

  • Latency over time: The network latency measured over the last 90 days.

  • Packet loss over time: The loss of data packets observed over the last 90 days.
