Viewing Session Telemetry¶
Telemetry based insights are available for user sessions, irrespective of their status. To perform this operation, at least one user session must have been attempted, failed, or completed.
Machines can have one of the following statuses:

Attempted

Failed

You can access session telemetry using the Session history tab under Logs.
Info
- Organization Administrators and Tenant Administrators can view session telemetry for all tenants.
- Organization Users and Support Users can perform this operation only on the tenants assigned to them.

For accurate telemetry, onboarded machines must be synchronized to Coordinated Universal Time or the machine's local time using the Network Time Protocol or a similar synchronization service.

Sign in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

Click the tenant for which you want to access session telemetry, and click the Logs tab.

Click Session history.

Click the machine for which you want to generate a telemetry report. You can select machines in any status (Completed, In-session, Attempted, or Failed).

Wait until the telemetry report is generated.

While the report is generated, you can perform other operations.

Open the machine details page by performing steps 3 and 4. Telemetry metrics are available as a dashboard-style page.

To download the report, click Export report in the top-right corner.
The telemetry report will be downloaded as a CSV file to your computer.
