Remote Machine Management¶
You can use the Machines page to do the following remotely:

Powering on and gracefully shutting down a machine

Forcibly starting and stopping a machine
-
Restarting a machine
-
Updating Anyware agent or Anyware Monitor installed on a machine
To be able to remotely operate machines, at least one machine must be assigned to the tenant.
Info
- Organization Admins and Global Tenant Admins can download admin activity logs for all tenants.
- Tenant Admins and Support Role users can perform this operation only on the tenants assigned to them.
Stopping and Starting Machines¶

Sign in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

Click the tenant for which you want to operate machines, and click the Machines tab.

Find the machine you want to operate:

Use the funnel icon in the top-right corner to filter the machines by status or device type.

Use the search bar to provide tags, attributes, and keywords to narrow down the list of machines.

Click the ellipsis icon next to the machine.

Stop or start the machine.

If an alert symbol appears next to the machine, you may also choose to perform one of the following:
- Forcibly shut down or power on the machine
- Restart the machine
Viewing Version Information¶

Sign in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

Click the tenant for which you want to operate machines, and click the Machines tab.

Select a machine and look for version information in the Agent version or the Monitor version column.
Assigning End-users to a Machine¶

Sign in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

Click the pool that contains the machine you want to assign to an end-user.

Locate the machine of your interest, click the horizontal ellipsis, and then click Assign end-user.

On the pop-up, select a user, and click Confirm.
Refreshing the Machine List¶
The machine list refreshes periodically, and gets populated with details of new machines.
To manually refresh this list, do the following:
- Click the refresh icon in the top-left corner of the page.
