Terminating User Sessions¶
You can use the User Sessions page to either:
- immediately terminate a remote session associated with a tenant or
- set a schedule to terminate a remote session associated with a tenant.
To be able to schedule termination of sessions, at least one session must be active.
The ability to centrally manage termination of sessions allows for efficient resource allocation and Improved control over session management.
Info
- Organization Administrators and Tenant Administrators can terminate user sessions for all tenants.
- Organization Users and Support Users can perform this operation only on the tenants assigned to them.
Procedure¶

Log in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

Click the tenant for which you want to terminate user sessions, and click the User sessions tab. A list of all active user sessions will be displayed.

Locate the session that you want to terminate.

Click the log out icon next to the session.

On the pop-up that appears, specify a time for which the session logoff will be delayed. The session will terminate at the end of this duration.

(Optional) Provide a custom message if needed.

Click Confirm.
Refreshing the User Session List¶
The user session list refreshes periodically, and gets populated with details of new user sessions.
To manually refresh this list, do the following:
- Click the refresh icon in the top-left corner of the page.
