Editing a Pool

At the time of editing a pool, you can do the following:

• (VMware and Registered Device only) Add or remove users to the pool
• Update the name of the pool
• Delete associated machines

Only Organization Administrators and Tenant Administrators can perform this operation.

Add or Remove Users

This procedure is only applicable to VMware pools and Registered device pools.

1. Add a user:

   1. On the Pool details page, under Users, click + Add users.

   2. On the Assign users to pool pop-up, select the users you want to add, and click Assign users.

      Info

      The list of users is populated from the Entra ID that you provided.

2. Delete a user:

   1. Locate the user you want to delete by using the search bar to filter the user list.

   2. Click the delete icon next to the user.

Update Pool Name

1. Click the ellipsis icon next to a pool, and click Edit.

2. Update the pool name on the Pool details page, and click Save.

Delete Machines

1. Open a pool from which you want to remove machines.

2. Under Machines, find the machine that you want to remove from this pool.

3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the machine, and click Remove machines.

Delete a Pool

1. To delete a pool, click the delete icon near to the pool.
