Updating a Pool

At the time of updating a pool, you can do the following:

  • (VMware and Registered Device only) Add users to the pool
  • (VMware and Registered Device only) Delete users from the pool
  • Update the name of the pool

Only Organization Administrators and Tenant Administrators can perform this operation.

Add or Remove Users

This procedure is only applicable to VMware pools and Registered device pools.

  1. Click the ellipsis icon next to a pool, and click Edit.

  2. Add a user:

    1. On the pool detail page, click + Add users.

    2. On the Add user to pool pop-up, select the users you want to add, and click Add user. The list of users is populated from the Entra ID that you provided.

  3. Delete a user:

    1. Locate the user by using the search bar to filter the user list.

    2. Click the delete icon next to the user.

Update Pool Name

  1. Click the ellipsis icon next to a pool, and click Edit.

  2. Update the pool name on the pool detail page, and click Save.

Delete a Pool

  1. To delete a pool, click the delete icon near to the pool.

  2. On the Delete Pool pop-up, type the name of the pool, and click Confirm.
