Adding or Removing Entra Groups

Entra groups can be added at the time of creating a pool. Additionally, you can add or remove Entra groups from an existing pool via the pool page.

Info

The following restrictions apply to the user accounts performing this operation:

  • Organization Admins can manage Entra groups for all tenants.
  • Global Tenant Admins and Tenant Admins can manage Entra groups to tenants assigned to them.

For VMware and Registered device pools, Entra groups can be added to pools, only when Persistent - Automated or Floating assignment policies are selected.

  1. Open a pool from which you want to assign or remove Entra groups.

  2. Click the Groups tab.

  3. Assign Entra groups to the pool:

    1. Click + Add group.

    2. On the Assign groups to pool pop-up, select the Entra groups to assign to this pool.

    3. Click Confirm to add the selected groups.

  4. Remove Entra groups:

    1. Under the Groups tab, find the Entra group you want to remove.

    2. Click the delete icon next to it.

The Entra groups associated with a pool are listed under the Groups tab of a pool.
