Editing a Device Pool

At the time of editing a pool, you can do the following:

  • Update the name of the pool
  • Add users to the pool
  • Delete users from the pool

Only Organization Administrators and Tenant Administrators can perform this operation.

Update Pool Name

  1. To edit a pool, click the ellipsis icon next to a pool, and click Edit.

  2. Update the pool name, and click Save.

Add or Remove Users

  1. Click the ellipsis icon next to a pool, and click Edit.

  2. Add a user:

    1. On the pool detail page, click + Add users.

    2. On the Add user to pool pop-up, provide the user UPN or email, and click Add user. You can add only one user at a time.

  3. Delete a user:

    1. Locate the user by using the search bar to filter the user list.

    2. Click the delete icon next to the user.

Delete a Pool

Info

Only Organization Administrators and Tenant Administrators can perform this operation.

  1. To delete a pool, click the delete icon near to the pool.

  2. On the Delete Pool pop-up, type the name of the pool, and click Confirm.
