Adding a Registered Device Site

A sites represents a physical location as well as the type of compute resources. When you select a "Registered devices" site, Anyware Manager Enterprise will only manage remote access and user assignment for a pre-configured workstation. No machine will be deployed in this scenario.

The following restrictions apply to the user accounts performing this operation:

  • Organization Admins can add sites to all tenants.
  • Global Tenant Admins and Tenant Admins can add sites to tenants assigned to them.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

  2. From the Tenants page, click the tenant to which you want to add a site.

  3. Go to Manage > Sites.

  4. Click +Add site.

    1. On the Add new site pop-up, select Blank.

  6. Under Select service, select Registered devices, and click Start.

  7. On the Add site page, type a name for your site, and click Create site.
