Adding a Windows 365 Tenant¶
This topic describes how to add a Windows 365 tenant.

On the dashboard, click Tenants.

Select the + Add Tenant at the top.

On the Add Tenant page, select Windows 365. The Enter tenant details window appears.

Provide the following Tenant Details:

Choose your geographic location in the Location Preference drop down list.

Choose your region from the Preferred Region drop down list.

Optionally enter your Azure registration code.

Enter the name for your tenant in the Tenant name.

Click Next.

On the Connect to Azure step in the wizard, provide the following details:

Enter the Tenant ID of the customer service subscription, and then select Link account. It will re-direct you to log in with your Entra ID. Make sure that you get the Linked output as shown in the figure.

Select Next.

Set up a pool:
Important: Setting up a Pool is Optional
You can skip the pool setup at this point, and configure it later once your tenant is onboarded.

Enter your pool name. The pool name should not contain the following characters: <, >, &, |, " or ^.

Choose the images from the drop down list of Device image.

Choose the group from the Entra groups drop down list.

Select the check box, and then click Submit.

Deleting a Windows 365 Tenant¶
Follow these steps to delete a Windows 365 tenant.

Select Tenants in the dashboard to see the list of tenants.

Select the delete icon under Actions for the tenant that you want to delete. The Delete Tenant pop-up appears.

Type the name of the tenant to confirm the delete operation, and then click Delete.
