Accessing Help

Anyware Manager Enterprise comes with an integrated help page, which functions as a single point of access for our comprehensive documentation as well as support resources.

From this page, you can access the following:

  • Product Documentation: Contains a complete set of instructions for Anyware Manager Enterprise's features and their usage.

  • Release notes: Concise summary of new features and bug fixes introduced in an update.

  • Knowledge base: Set of articles that contain useful tips and troubleshooting guidance.

  • Support: Point of access for the HP Anyware Support portal, which allows you to submit a ticket.

This procedure can be performed by all users.

  1. Log in to Anyware Manager Enterprise.

  2. In the left pane, click Help and Support.

  3. Find a resource of your interest:

    • Get started: Click to access product documentation.
    • What's new: Click to access release notes.
    • Knowledge base: Use this option to access the HP Anyware knowledge base.
    • Support: Click to open the HP Anyware Support portal.
