Requirements

To use HP Anyware for Windows 365, you must meet the following requirements:

HP Anyware Requirements

  • HP Anyware for Windows 365 entitlement:

    • HP Anyware (Standard or Professional) license.

    • Cloud PCs must have access to Anyware Manager on TCP 443 for broker connectivity and outbound connectivity to cloud gateways. For more info, see approved domains and IP addresses for cloud gateways.

  • The HP Anyware account must be a local account. B2B accounts are not yet supported.

  • Anyware Client version 24.07 or higher on Windows®, MacOS, or Linux® devices, including Trusted Zero Clients or PCoIP®-enabled thin clients.

Microsoft Requirements

  • Microsoft Intune entitlement.

  • Microsoft Entra domain in the same tenant as Microsoft Intune.

  • Windows 365 Enterprise (CPU or GPU) license in the same tenant as Microsoft Intune.

  • Azure admin account requirements are as follows:

    • Microsoft Entra Global Administrator account for authorizations in the HP Anyware portal.

    • Intune Administrator account for enabling Anyware connector in Microsoft Intune.

  • For Microsoft Entra hybrid joined deployments, user accounts that are assigned Cloud PCs must have a synced identity available in both Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
