Troubleshooting Error Messages¶
Some common Anyware client error messages and their possible causes are listed here.
Error occurred while communicating with broker¶
| Possible cause | Resolution |

| The connection broker may be down or unreachable | Ensure the broker server is up and the broker service is running Ensure the broker server is resolvable by DNS |
Timeout occurred while communicating with broker¶
| Possible cause | Resolution |
|---|---|
| The port which the connection broker listens on may be blocked | Ensure the port which the broker server listen on is not blocked by firewall Ensure the broker server is funcational |
Error occurred while communicating with agent¶
| Possible cause | Resolution |
|---|---|
| The Anyware agent may be down or or unreachable. | Ensure the host is up and the agent service is running. Ensure the host is resolvable by DNS |
Timeout occurred while communicating with agent¶
Possible causes:
