If you encounter problems installing or using our technology, you can:
- Check for updated release notes, which may address the issue you are experiencing. Release notes are published on Support.
- Browse the HP Anyware Knowledge Base.
- Submit a support ticket.
The Community Forum¶
The PCoIP Community Forum allows users to have conversations with other IT professionals to learn how they resolved issues, find answers to common questions, have peer group discussions on various topics, and access the PCoIP Technical Support Service team. Our staff are actively involved in the forums.
