Contacting Support¶
If you encounter any problems installing, configuring, or running the PCoIP Management Console, you can create a support ticket with HP.
Before creating a ticket, be prepared with the following:

A detailed description of the problem

The version or versions of PCoIP Management Console involved in the problem. See Managing PCoIP Management Console Logs

Appropriate logs that capture the issue. Locating the PCoIP Management Console’s Log Files
The Community Forum
The PCoIP Community Forum enables users to have conversations with other IT professionals to learn how they resolved issues, find answers to common questions, have peer group discussions on various topics, and access the Global Support Service team. HP staff are heavily involved in the forum.
