When connecting to a virtual desktop using VMware View, there are a number of components for USB peripheral support including:
- USB peripheral driver
- Windows OS USB stack
- Virtual USB hub driver with the View Agent (VMware)
- View Client USB module (VMware)
- PCoIP Zero Client USB module (HP Anyware)
You may need to contact VMware or HP Anyware depending on the nature of the USB peripheral issue.
Contact VMware if:
- The USB peripheral issue happens only on a View Client
